PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically turn on a breaker again while operation duty time is kept to a new trouble occurring while preparation of a power line automatic recovery device is not completed.;SOLUTION: The power line automatic recovery device 1 includes a first timer T1 clocking operation continuation time when a breaker 104 installed in a power line 102 breaks the power line. The device turns on the breaker after the operation continuation time elapses and recovers power transmission. The device also includes a counter T4 clocking time from power-on of the breaker after lapse of the operation continuation time to a second breaking operation, a TL arithmetic circuit 23 comparing time which the counter clocks with new trouble detection time which is previously set and a second timer T3 outputting a breaker power-on signal after the lapse of the operation continuation time of the breaker when the time which the counter clocks is longer than the new trouble detection time as the result of comparison by the TL arithmetic circuit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
