PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving mechanism of a magnetically driving microtool which can correctly control without vibrating movement of the magnetically driving microtool.;SOLUTION: The driving mechanism of a magnetically driving microtool is characterized as follows. Normal force which the magnetic driving microtool receives is lowered by reducing magnetic force of a direction component perpendicular to a driving plane in magnetic force which the magnetic driving micro tool receives; or frictional force working to the magnetically driving microtool is reduced by adding minute vibration to a microfluid chip; and controllability and positional accuracy of the magnetically driving microtool to a driving magnet can be raised.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
