PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To index upsurge level in a singing site using a karaoke device or the like.;SOLUTION: A music upsurge determination device of the present invention includes: storage means for storing upsurge conditions for determining upsurge features in image information or voice information and an upsurge determination table having points associated with the upsurge conditions; detection processing for detecting upsurge features specified by the upsurge conditions, of at least one of the image information imaged during the reproduction of one song by music reproduction means and the voice information recorded during the reproduction of one song by the music reproduction means; and a control part for executing calculation processing for calculating upsurge points in one song based on the upsurge determination table and the upsurge features detected by the detection processing.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
