PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a processing load required for judging coincidence of musical piece contents. PSOLUTION: A device for judging musical piece coincidence is provided with: a cut point detection part 71 which calculates a feature quantity from each content of two or more music pieces and detects a point of time at which the feature quantity exceeds a threshold value, as a cut point; a cut point information storage part 92 which stores the information on cut points for each content of the two or more music pieces; and an coincidence judgment part 81 which judges whether or not the contents of the two or more music pieces are coincident with each other based on the information on the stored cut points.
