PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinkable ethylene copolymer composition excellent in transparency, heat resistance, adhesion, flexibility, formability, endurance and the like, having excellent insulating property, low in adhesiveness decrease with the lapse of time and maintaining adhesiveness for a long time, to provide a crosslinked sheet using the composition, to provide a sheet for sealing solar cells, and to provide a solar cell module.;SOLUTION: The crosslinkable ethylene copolymer composition comprises a dialkoxy silane having a double bond at a ratio of ≤3 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. ethylene copolymer.
