PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interleave device of high randomness while reducing the circuit scale.;SOLUTION: An interleave device of this invention comprises: an interleave memory to store an input information bit sequence as secondary arrangement with a prime number P as a row number; an interleave address generation part to generate an address for reading the elements of the secondary arrangement by changing the rule for rearranging the elements of the secondary arrangement according to the row, based on the function with the row number of the secondary arrangement as a variable.
