PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately analyze the flowability of an electric current between pads in a semiconductor circuit.;SOLUTION: An ESD verification device comprises: first table creation means for digitizing the flowability of an electric current flowing from one side to the other side between two pads to which an ESD protection element is connected; second table creation means for digitizing the flowability of an oppositely-directed electric current; third table creation means for digitizing a path in which an electric current flows most easily, by combining first and second tables; fourth table creation means for digitizing the flowability of an electric current for all paths that pass through the ESD protection elements between arbitrary pads on the basis of a third table; fifth table creation means for digitizing the flowability of an electric current between arbitrary pads in a state in which all the ESD protection elements are removed; and means 4 for presenting a combination of corresponding pads and a path between the pads if a comparison result of the flowability of the electric current does not match between a path that passes through the ESD protection element and a path that does not pass through the ESD protection element, between arbitrary pads, on the basis of fourth and fifth tables.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
