PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed equipped with a back-raising mechanism, which can secure safety with a comparatively simple structure for preventing a part of a user's body from being caught by the back when it is lowered and also which can secure stability when the hand rail is used.;SOLUTION: The bed equipped with the back-raising mechanism comprises a frame driving mechanism capable of forcibly driving a back-raising frame 3 only in a direction of increasing the back-raising angle when the angle is less than a prescribed angle, while not only in the angle increasing direction but also in the angle decreasing direction when the back-raising angle is equal to or more than a set angle.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
