PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advanced system for preventing admission of a suspicious person to a building requiring security of high level.;SOLUTION: This system for preventing admission of a suspicious person is constituted of a central control unit that opens and controls a gate when only normal visitors enter through the gate for admission, closes and controls the gate when visitors including a suspicious person enter, and closes and controls the gate when a suspicious person enters through the gate for exit. The gates for admission/exit have a photographing means for photographing a visitor, and a photographing means for photographing an exiting person and an entering suspicious person. The central control unit has an image analysis section for analyzing the imaging by the photographing means, recognizing the number of visitors, and recognizing the motion in the reverse direction to the exit direction. The central control unit opens the gate for admission when it is determined that the registered number of visitors matches with the number of visitors recognized by the image analysis section, closes the gate for admission when it is determined that they do not match, and closes the gate for exit when it is determined that the image analysis section recognizes backward admission.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
