PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspicious person admission prevention system, a suspicious person admission prevention method and a suspicious person admission prevention program, capable of preventing the admission of a suspicious person at a high level without obstructing the smooth admission of a normal visitor.;SOLUTION: When preventing the admission of a suspicious person to a building, the normal visitor to the building 90 is made to carry an RFID tag 52 whose presence/absence is detected by radio, the number of people and the number of the RFID tags 52 present within a prescribed range outside the building 90 around the position of a door 80B provided on a position to be passed through when entering the building 90 are detected, and whether or not the detected number of people and the number of the RFID tags 52 match is determined.
