PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum rice cooker which efficiently cooks rice, and has a rectangular cross section, wherein no foreign substance is mixed.;SOLUTION: The aluminum rice cooker has an almost circular and rectangular cross sections, covers all over an outer surface of the aluminum rice cooker with a ceramic layer, and covers an inner surface except the upper edge of a prescribed width above a rice cooking regular water level with a fluorocarbon resin. A heat receiving capability of the rice cooker as a whole can be improved, even heat circulation can be obtained, heat transmission can be made even, and evenly cooked rice of high quality can be obtained. Also, a partial temperature rise at an upper end mouth part can be prevented and mixture of separation pieces of the fluorocarbon resin can be eliminated by eliminating separation of a fluorocarbon resin film applied to the inner surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
