PSOLUTION: This electroconductive polyurethane resin composition containing polyols and a urethane prepolymer and an electroconductivity-imparting agent is provided with that the electroconductivity-imparting agent contains a boron complex salt expressed by general formula 1, etc., and a lithium salt.
