PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a position of a first optical member and also secure the adhesive bonding strength of the first optical member and a second optical member in an optical part (e.g. a fiber collimator array) formed by adjusting the position of the first optical member on the second optical member and adhesively bonding both members to each other.;SOLUTION: The fiber collimator array 1 includes a fiber array 2 where a plurality of optical fibers 21 are arranged and a microlens array 3 where micro lenses 31 are arrayed at positions corresponding to the plurality of optical fibers 21 on a transparent substrate 32, respectively, wherein the microlenses 31 and the transparent substrate 32 are disposed opposite to each other so that a plurality of projections formed at the bases of the microlenses 31 and a plurality of projections formed on the surface of the transparent substrate 32 intersect each other and adhesively bonded to each other by an adhesive 33.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
