PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of achieving advanced traceability for calling and tracking monitoring data concerning a business from business information in use by a business system at high speed at a business place such as a pharmacy which deals with business data to be dealt with by the business system and the monitoring data to be managed by a monitoring system. PSOLUTION: An image monitoring system is configured to facilitate calling out monitoring data using index information, which exists together with business information, as a key from the monitoring system if business data related to a business activity that is desired to be tracked by the business system is in use, by linking the index information or the storage location of the monitoring data that is managed by the monitoring system with the index information of the business information. The image monitoring system includes a monitoring system server, a monitoring data storage device, first and second types of work areas where business activity to be monitored is carried out, a business system server, and a business data storage device.
