Claimed is a computer aided engineering simulator to analyze the operation of an injection molding process foe e.g. a plastic component. The form process simulator (1) has an analytical model generator (10). The model has a number of node points, a limiter (20) defines the boundary layer between the form and incoming fluid, and a fluid analysis unit (30) based on the model. The simulator further has a deformation quantity calculator (52) based on pressure and temperature distribution. Further claimed are an analytical model generator and a process to analyze the deformation operation.
