ROUGH ROAD AND MOUNTAIN PATH WALKING TYPE WALKING/RUNNING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fundamentally improve the state of a present walking/running machine that tends to become tedious with monotonous continuation of a flat tread and results in training only almost limited muscles.;SOLUTION: The shape of a rough road close to an ideal before the appearance of a paved road and the shape of a path of "tree roots and sharp rock edges" in a mountain are properly modeled in plastic or rubber materials by sketching or photographing a field path and a mountain path, or actual state shaping with plastic, and these shapes are produced as the surface shape of a foot plate belt of the walking/running machine variously on multiple levels to cope with users' ability, and mounted on the machine. A moderate feeling of tension with no tedious feeling can be maintained while spending the same time as training with a conventional machine, and a result of advanced mind and body training completely different in quality can be expected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
