PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment facility for advanced treatment, in which a treatment facility of screen residues separated from wastewater is inexpensively constructed even when an installation space is limited.SOLUTION: The wastewater treatment facility includes a primary sedimentation basin 91a for settling and removing solid matters in the wastewater and a biological treatment tank 20 which is provided successively to the primary sedimentation basin 91a and decomposes and removes organic components in the wastewater by using one of a biofilm process, a carrier process and a membrane separation activated sludge process. A screen residues removing mechanism 33 for separating and removing the screen residues from the wastewater is arranged at one position in a wastewater treatment route 82a including the primary sedimentation basin 91a and the biological treatment tank 20, and a screen residues transfer mechanism 36 for transferring the screen residues separated in the screen residues removing mechanism 33 to the primary sedimentation basin 91a is provided.
