To provide an organic wastewater treatment facility possible to improve treatment efficiency of waste liquid after solid-liquid separation, and possible to perform effective control of rise in offensive odor during storage of the organic wastewater and solid-liquid separated solid content.SOLUTION: There is provided an organic wastewater treatment facility, including: a wastewater receiving tank 10 for receiving organic wastewater; a pre-dehydration storage tank 12 for storing the organic wastewater under anaerobic condition; reaction tanks 13 and 14 in which a coagulant is added to the organic wastewater withdrawn from the pre-dehydration storage tank; dewatering equipment 15 for dewatering the organic wastewater to which the coagulant has been added; and biological treatment equipment 17, 18, 19 for biological treatment of solid-liquid separated organic wastewater by microorganisms, the biological treatment equipment further including a reactor 20 filled with a biological treatment aid that makes a specific group of microorganisms dominant among the microorganisms; and a sludge supply path R3 for supplying sludge in which specific microorganism groups are made dominant by the reactor to organic wastewater on the upstream side of the reaction tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
