PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot dip galvannealed steel sheet in which excellent deep drawability and high plating adhesion can be simultaneously attained.;SOLUTION: On one side or both sides of a steel sheet having a composition containing, by mass, 0.0001 to 0.004% C, 0.001 to 0.10% Si, 0.01 to 0.50% Mn, 0.001 to 0.015% P, ≤0.015% S, 0.0005 to 0.05% Al, 0.002 to 0.10% Ti and 0.0005 to 0.004% N, and the balance Fe with inevitable impurities, a hot dip galvannealing layer comprising, by mass, 10 to 17% Fe, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities, and in which the ratio of a δ1k phase occupied in the surface is 50 to 100%, and the thickness of a Γ phase in the boundary of the plating/steel sheet is 0.1 to 0.8 μm is formed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
