PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create the comfortable wearing environment of a seat belt while securing further safety of an occupant by constraining and protecting the occupant while determining a degree of urgent need for a vehicle.;SOLUTION: The vehicular seat belt device 10 comprises a belt reel 22 on which the belt 13 is wound, a motor 23 for driving the belt reel 22 to be rotated, a control part 26 for controlling the energization of the motor 23, front wheel braking condition detecting means 36, 37 for detecting the conditions of braking front wheels 31, 32 of the vehicle 30, and rear wheel braking condition detecting means 38, 39 for detecting the conditions of braking rear wheels 33, 34 of the vehicle 30. In accordance with the front wheel braking conditions detected by the front wheel braking condition detecting means 36, 37 and the rear wheel braking conditions detected by the rear wheel braking condition detecting means 38, 39, the control part 26 supplies a predetermined amount of energization to the motor 23.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
