PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter starter that can start an inverter under the condition allowing the inverter to start and avoid repetition of unnecessary starts and stops of the inverter even in different weather conditions.;SOLUTION: The inverter starter to start a photovoltaic power generation system inverter has a comparison part 81 that starts the inverter when a measured solar battery open voltage is judged higher than a set reference voltage, a recording part 82 to record the open voltage in such a case, and a reference voltage setting part 83 that sets a predetermined initial reference voltage as the reference voltage if the inverter is recognized to be linked to a commercial power system and sets the open voltage recorded in the recording part 82 as the reference voltage if the inverter is recognized not to be linked to the commercial power system.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
