PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soldered structure body for the heat exchanger of an automobile, which soldered structure body can improve its corrosion resistance without lowering the electric potential of Zn, In, etc., and further to provide a clad material to be used in the same structure body.;SOLUTION: The aluminum soldered structure body for the heat exchanger is assembled by soldering using the clad material having a core material made of an Al-Mn base alloy containing 0.5 to 1.5% of Mn, and a skin material layer which is made of an Al-low Si base alloy containing 1.5% to less than 3.0% of Si, and is arranged on at least one surface of the core material. Further, Si base precipitated particles having a size of 0.05 μm to 2.0 μm are distributed with a concentration of 400 or more particles per 10,000 μm2 in the skin material layer of the Al-low Si base alloy existing in the surface of the structure body in the clad material. When the soldered structure body is manufactured, an Si precipitation process in the skin material layer made of the Al-low Si base alloy is carried out after soldering under the condition that the skin material is kept at 200 to 400°C for 10 min to 30 h.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
