PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance precision of capture of a transponder by a mode S secondary monitoring radar.;SOLUTION: The mode S secondary monitoring radar includes: a registering table 138 for registering information relating to a registering machine capturing a roll call period; a temporarily registering table 137 for registering information relating to a temporarily registering machine being a candidate of a capturing object in the roll call period; a temporarily registering part 132d for registering an aircraft as the temporarily registering machine to the temporarily registering table 137 when receiving signals other than all call responses from an aircraft other than the registering machine in all call periods; a transmission control part 131 for transmitting roll call query to the registering machine and transmitting the roll call query to the temporarily registering machine; and a registering part 132e for registering the temporarily registering machine as a new registering machine to the registering table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
