PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly and beautifully wind a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape on a body to be bundled such as an electric wire by solve elongation and difficulty of peeling of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape even when the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape with high elongation and high self-bonding properties is used.;SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape delivering mechanism 5 is equipped with a shaft part 27 for supporting freely rotatably a reel 16 for the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape, a rotating plate 19 provided with the shaft part at its center, a oneway bearing 20 which a non-tacky face of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 17 unwound from the reel for the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape goes along, and a means for rotating the oneway bearing with the rotating plate 19 while the oneway bearing is rotated on its own axis. A guide member 21 for receiving the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 17 from the oneway bearing 20 is arranged near the outer periphery of the rotating plate 19.
