PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape affixing mechanism which is adaptive irrespective of the size of an object to be bundled, and to be able to shorten the affixing length at a tip part of a tape, and to enable smoothly arranging the object to be bundled at a center of a rotary drum.;SOLUTION: The tape affixing mechanism affixes the tip part 17a' sides of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape to each other when inserting the object 33 to be bundled in a cutout part 8 of the rotary drum 6 together with the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 17. A set of holding plates 34 and 35 are provided on the rotary drum on both sides of the cutout part in an elastically urging manner in the direction of an opening part 8a of the cutout part crossingly and turnably. The adhesive tape is slidably brought into contact with and along the one set of holding plates, and inserted together with the object to be bundled. A highly frictional surface 35a coming into slidable contact with the adhesive tape is formed on one holding plate 35 located on the lower side when the cutout part 8 is located horizontally. A set of the holding plates 34 and 35 are across each other at the center of the rotary drum 6, and the object 33 is held at the center of the rotary drum 6 from the state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
