PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a hanging part of a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from being affixed carelessly, and to allow a tape winding device to be used even when the tape winding device is inclined obliquely.;SOLUTION: A pressure-sensitive adhesive tape hanging mechanism for hanging and feeding the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 17 along a cutout opening 8a of a rotary drum 6 is equipped with an air jet port 25a for pressing a hanging part 17a of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape against the cutout opening side with jetted air 42. The adhesive tape hanging mechanism for hanging and feeding the adhesive tape 17 along the cutout opening 8a of the rotary drum 6 is equipped with a suction port 26a for sucking the hanging part of the adhesive tape to the cutout opening side. The adhesive tape hanging mechanism for hanging and feeding the adhesive tape along the cutout opening of the rotary drum is equipped with the air jet port 25a for pressing the hanging part of the adhesive tape against the cutout opening side with the jetted air on the upper side, and is equipped with the suction port 26a for sucking the hanging part to the cutout opening side on the lower side.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
