PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving coloring of fruits of Pione grapevine and Fujiminori grapevine, and to provide a method for preventing fruit cracking apt to occur from the initial stage to the middle stage of maturation of fruits of Fujiminori grapevine. PSOLUTION: This method for improving coloring of fruits and preventing fruit cracking comprises applying magnesium component derived from seawater or deep seawater to soil of a grape vineyard from the young fruit stage to the maturation middle stage of grapes.
