PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an appropriate visit timing by a maintenance person and a sales person to a customer with the arrangement of equipment, based on fault prediction. PSOLUTION: The management computer 21 of a visiting customer support system 20 determines whether or not a prescribed visit period interval passes from the last visit date of the maintenance person or the sales person by each piece of equipment, and performs fault prediction diagnosis concerning the equipment where the visit period interval passes. When a fault is predicted as the result of the fault prediction diagnosis, processing to indicate the maintenance work of the equipment to the maintenance person is performed. When the fault is not predicted, processing to indicate the visit to the customer with the arrangement of the equipment to the sales person, who is specified by using a visit management information storage part 51, is performed. Then, the last visit date in the visit management information storage part 51 is updated concerning the customer with the arrangement of the equipment, based on the report of result of a visit to the customer by the maintenance person or the sales person.
