Being break forecasting manner and the manner which forecasts the break of the break forecasting

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate breakage prediction using a breaking limit line of a thin plate made of a metal material by a comparatively simple constitution.;SOLUTION: A first breaking limit line at a plate thickness center of a sample is obtained, and bending deformation is given to the sample, and a surface strain quantity when breakage is generated is calculated. A differential value between the surface strain quantity when breakage is generated and a plane strain quantity on the first breaking limit line is calculated, and the differential value is added to the first breaking limit line to obtain a second breaking limit line, and a surface strain quantity of the thin plate is calculated, and existence of breakage of the thin plate is predicted by using the second breaking limit line as a reference based on the calculated surface strain quantity of the thin plate.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
