PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method for a weatherstrip to be used for shock absorbing and restoring by fitting the same to a panel opening/closing an opening portion of a car body such as doors, trunks, windows or the like of automobiles or the like. PSOLUTION: The weatherstrip is formed of a fitting part to be fitted to the car body and of a hollow sealing part to be pressed to the opening/closing panel. With a thermoplastic elastomer forming the weatherstrip injected into a first extruder and a hard synthetic resin injected into a second extruder, the two extruders are operated simultaneously, and one or a plurality of thin film layers having a thickness of 0.05 mm or less are heat welded to the inner peripheral surface of the hollow seal part in the longitudinal direction inside of one die.
