PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone directory data rearrangement apparatus and a telephone directory data rearrangement method whereby telephone directory data is easily searched even when no outgoing / incoming call exists at all.;SOLUTION: A central processing unit 30 sets a processing sequence for performing three kinds of rearrangement processes of call transmission sequence, call reception sequence, and update time sequence according to an instruction entry from an entry section 10. The central processing unit 30 performs the three kinds of the rearrangement processes of telephone directory data 61 on the basis of information of a final call transmission time, a final call reception time, and a final update time included in history data 62 according to the set processing sequence. Further, the central processing unit 30 generates processing result data 63 being result information of the rearrangement of the telephone directory data 61.
