PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing nonfreezing agent that is inexpensive, causes no deterioration of the nonfreezing activity with heat to avoid the freezing concentration, since the conventional extracts from fish or vegetable are weak to heat and cannot be used in the food needing heat treatment.
