PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of an anti-reflection film for allowing continuous formation with a simple structure. PSOLUTION: The manufacturing apparatus of an anti-reflection film is provided with a hard coat forming mechanism 10 and an anti-reflection layer forming mechanism 20. The hard coat forming mechanism 10 has a first annular body 111 disposed opposite to a base material sheet 1, a first supplying part 12 supplying a hard coat forming resin to a peripheral surface of the first annular body 111, a first baking part 13 baking the hard coat forming resin and a first cooling part 14 cooling the hard coat forming resin. The anti-reflection layer forming mechanism 20 has a second annular body 211 disposed opposite to the base material sheet 1, a second supplying part 22 supplying an anti-reflection layer forming resin to a peripheral surface of the second annular body 211, a second baking part 23 baking the anti-reflection layer forming resin and a second cooling part 24 cooling the anti-reflection layer forming resin.
