PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unidirectional condenser microphone exhibiting superior sensitivity and frequency response, while reducing the cost.;SOLUTION: In the unidirectional condenser microphone 11 comprising a low-profile microphone unit 12, and a baffle 22, attached to the outer circumferential surface 15 side that is less likely to be removed easily, in order to lengthen the sound wave rounding distance to be assured via the outer circumferential surface 15, located in between the front acoustic terminal 16 and the rear acoustic terminal 17 of the microphone unit 12, the baffle 22 has a profile at least equivalent to that of the microphone unit 12 and it is formed of a sponge material, having a central opening 23 for holding the microphone unit 12 elastically via the outer circumferential surface 15 thereof.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
