PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new screening system retrieving compounds associated to Ras/MAPK passage or CaSP2+/SP/CN passage, or compounds modifying human Th1/Th2 differentiation induction under the condition in which the prescribed passages are acting. PSOLUTION: The invention relates to the Th1/Th2 differentiation inducing method for human naive CD4T cell comprising culturing the human naive CD4T cell in a differentiation inducing medium containing IL-2, IL-12 and anti-IL-4 antibody (Th1 differentiation inducing condition), under stimulation by anti-CD3 antibody, or culturing in a differentiation inducing medium containing IL-2, IL-4 and anti-IFN- antibody (Th2 differentiation inducing condition) under stimulation by anti-CD3 antibody, and further culturing under culturing condition in which only anti-IL-4 antibody or anti-IFN- antibody is removed from each differentiation inducing medium, without stimulation by anti-CD3 antibody.
