PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton block superior in visibility in a water storage facility such as rainwater, easy in a visually observing inspection thereby, and superior in workability in carrying and assembling by a worker; a space holding skeleton block structure of installing a plurality of these blocks; and the water storage facility such as rainwater having these skeleton block and space holding skeleton block structure. PSOLUTION: This skeleton block 4 forms a space holding skeleton 5 arranged in a dug hole 2 and constituted by assembling a plurality of skeleton blocks 4, and has a tabular base 41, a support 42 erected on one surface of the base 41 and having a support side fitting part 42a on the chip, and a base side fitting part 43 arranged on a base surface on which the support 42 is erected and fitting the support side fitting part 42a, and is characterized in that when a pair of skeleton blocks 4 are opposed in mutual surfaces on which the support 42 is erected, the support side fitting part 42a of one skeleton block 4 can be suitble for the base side fitting part 43 of the other skeleton block 4.
