PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the defect of a conventional method of manufacturing a ceramic circuit board that a forcible application of a load to the board or polishing thereof for concavely warping its surface in order to prevent its crack, the circuit board when is soldered to a base board and is cramped to a radiating fin, takes a number of man-hours.;SOLUTION: The ceramic circuit board is composed of a ceramic board, a metal circuit board which is joined to one surface of the ceramic board, and a metal plate which is joined to the other surface of the ceramic board. The volume of the metal circuit board joined to one surface is different from that of the metal plate joined to the other surface, and the ceramic circuit board is warped in the direction and by an amount corresponding to the difference in the volume.
