PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commuting security system capable of further rapidly responding to an accident.;SOLUTION: The commuting security system includes student portable terminal devices 2, 2A and 2B having receiving and transmitting function, which are carried by students; a leader portable terminal device 4 having receiving and transmitting function, which is carried by a group leader during commuting to or from school or at both the times; a school receiving device 6 set in a school to and from the students commute, a home receiving device 8 set in each student's home; and a communication network 9 connecting the student portable terminal devices 2, 2A, and 2B, the leader portable terminal device 4, the school receiving device 6 and the home receiving device 8.
