PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the deviation of the thickness of a thick coating film having ≥3 mm to equal to or below an allowable level.;SOLUTION: After resin powder 14 is stuck on a previously heated bent tube 10 in a fluidization dip coating tank 13 to form an in-process coated metal strip 17, the metal strip 17 is taken out from the fluidization dip coating tank 13 to be transported to a metal strip holding pedestal 18 and kept in a stationary state for a certain time to completely melt the in-process coating film 16 by the heat of the base material 10, and the attitude of the stationary state of the metal strip 17 is turned over by the metal strip holding pedestal 18 to switch the flow direction by its own weight to the opposed direction to correct the deviation of the thickness of the in-process coating film 16 which progresses with time and is caused by the flow down by its own weight and after that, the metal strip 17 is cooled.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
