PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate flow channel device for fluid measurement with improved accuracy in fluid measurement.;SOLUTION: The flow channel device for fluid measurement includes dividers 13 dividing a measurement flow channel into two or more flat flow channels 7, side plates 14, 15 supporting both rims of the divider 13, a multilayer flow channel member 8 constructed from a top plate 16 and a bottom plate 17 disposed above and below the dividers 13 in parallel and bound to the side plates 14, 15 to support both rims, a container 6 containing the multilayer flow channel member 8 through an upper aperture, and a lid 9 closing the aperture, in which projections 24, 26 deformable by an external force are provided at one of the container 6 including the lid 9 and the multilayer flow channel member 8 and the multilayer flow channel member 8 is fixed to the container 6 without jouncing by virtue of the deformation of the projections 24, 26.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
