COMPOSITION TO MODIFY A DRY MORTAR FORMULATION, USE OF THE COMPOSITION, AND, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A MODIFIED DRY MORTAR FORMATION. The present invention relates to a redispersible powder composition for use in the preparation of dry mortar formulations, especially cementitious bonded tile adhesives (CBTA). The invention also relates to a dry mortar formulation comprising said composition - redispersible powder. In addition, the invention is directed to a method for increasing the opening time of a dry mortar formulation without deteriorating the mechanical strength of the cured dry mortar formulation.
