Thin Film Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) and Method of Preparation

Process for the preparation of a solid oxide fuel cell comprising chemically etching a metallic sheet covered with a photoresist and obtaining controlled patterns of cavities on one side of the metallic sheet and perforations on the other side of the metallic sheet and depositing electrochemically active segments on the perforated side of the metallic sheet.
