The claimed invention relates to solid wastes disposal into useful and/or safe products. A system of the river, lake, sea, ocean water areas cleaning from accumulation of the solid man-made wastes being incapable of natural decomposition comprises at least one waste collection device, placed in the waste accumulation area and at least one service craft, whereon the sequentially interconnected means of storing and preprocessing of wastes, a unit of waste disposal by thermolysis, comprising at least one thermolysis reactor, at least one single-stage thermolysis products purification means and the thermolysis products storing and offloading means, comprising a liquid product dispensing device and the thermolysis solid inert residue offloading means, are placed, the waste collection device being configured to interact with the means of storing and preprocessing of wastes of the service crafts. The system and variants of the method provide for environmentally sound, efficient and cost-effective utilization in continuously cyclic operation of the waste accumulation in the water area regardless of the accumulation scopes and their remoteness from the coast.
