An engine comprises the cylinders 1 fastened onto a common case, pistons 2 with the rods 3 and rollers 4, and the mechanism for converting the piston back-and-forth motion into rotary motion of a shaft, that is made as a force-closure cam gear. A cam 8 is common for all the four cylinders arranged radially and uniformly in one plane perpendicular to a cam axle at angles corresponding to each part of the cam profile, size of which is inversely proportional to amount of combs thereof; and the profile is made such that ensures piston delay in dead point areas.
