ECO-FRIENDLY WAY OF SURFACE STERILIZATION OF EXPLANTS IN PLANT TISSUE CULTURE

This invention relates to Ecofriendly way of surface sterilization of explants in tissue culture by material from biological source comprising the steps of, washing neem seeds thoroughly with teepol solution, soaking seeds overnight in water, removing the seed coat and taking 100gms of seeds, immersing the seed in 200ml water in beaker, covering the beaker and boiling it until the water level reached about 25% of its original volume, cooling the mixture and removing the seeds from the mixture.
