Disclosed is the use of an EGFRvIII peptide anti-tumour vaccine and temozolomide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof in the preparation of a medicament for treating a tumour, wherein the medicament is formulated for sequential, separate or simultaneous administration of the EGFRvIII peptide anti-tumour vaccine and the temozolomide or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
