Disclosed is a method for producing a fermented milk, comprising: performing fermentation using both bacteria belonging to a genus Bfjidobacterium and bacteria belonging to a genus Lactococcus as lactic acid bacteria, wherein the bacteria belonging to the genus Bifidobacterium are Bifidobacterium longum; and the bacteria belonging to the genus Lactococcus comprise at least one bacterial strain selected from the group consisting of: Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis MCC852 (FERM BP-10742), Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis MCC857 (FERM BP-10757), Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis MCC859 (FERM BP-10744), Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis MCC865 (FERM BP-10745), and Lactococcus lactis subsp. lactis MCC866 (FERM BP-10746).
