Referring to SystemsApparatus and Methods for Controlling the behavior of charge and discharge of the Energy Storage System which is connected with the Power Grid so as to provide the availability maintained the capacity of loading and Unloading to the proper Regulation of the f Frequency and other ancillary services to the Power Grid when needed and recovers a nSpecified level the State of charge (SOC) when not in active use and Network conditions allow.When an operator requesting Regulation by Office or through Automatic Control, the Control mechanism that confirms the value of Soc allows Loading or unloading requested and then allows the Energy Storage System satisfies the request providing or Absorbing Energy The excess Energy.To maintain correct load value, Monitoring of State of charge (SOC) of the Energy Storage Device and the Network Frequency. When not satisfying a request of the operator of the Network Frequency Regulator, charging of the storage device can be increased or decreased so that the load can be maintained within a specified Range.Once the value of Soc Falls outside of this Range, the load is added or removed the batteries properly, if the frequency of the Network have appropriate values
