POLYMERIC LIGANTS BASED ON A WATER-SOLUBLE POLYMER AND A STRUCTURE POLYMER FOR USE IN GRINDING BY INJECTION OF METALLIC OR CERAMIC POSALS AND PROCESS FOR THEIR PRODUCTION
The present invention relates to binders based on a hydrosoluble polymer and metallocene polyetilene (MPE) for use in the process of milling by the injection of metal or ceramic powders. THE LIGANTS ARE PREDOMINATELY CONSTITUTED BY A WATER-BASED POLYMER SOLUED IN WATER AND A STRUCTURE POLYMER, COULD ALSO CONTAIN A LUBRICANT AND A DISPERSANT. These lighters allow the use of a method of removal by water immersion, being extracted from the molded parts by dissolution, characterized by being a simple method and of reduced environmental and health impact. THE RESPECTIVE PRODUCTION PROCESS UNDERSTANDS THREE STAGES: THE PHASE-IN ADDITION AND FUSION OF THE BINDING CONSTITUENTS, THE MIXTURE OF THE CONSTITUENTS MELTED IN TEMPERATURE TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS AND SPEED SPEED AND THE COOLING OF THE MIXTURE COVERED TO THE SOLIDIFICATION. THE PRESENT INVENTION IS ENTERED IN THE MOLDING INDUSTRY BY INJECTION, WITH PREFERENTIAL APPLICATION IN THE PRODUCTION OF METALLIC OR CERAMIC COMPONENTS.
