HARVESTER FOR RASPBERRIES AND BLACKBERRIES

Invention herewith described refers to the harvester for raspberries and blackberries consisting of he stationary part (14) and the movable parts (15 and 16) of the chassis and the contact with the ground is accomplished through the front wheel (33) and two rear wheels (9).On the chassis, there are mounted the internal combustion engine (1), the fuel tank (25) for liquid fuel and a gas bottle (26), as well as the systems for shaking down fruit, transport and packaging of fruit including previous removal of debris.Shaking down fruit from the bush is performed by the shaking mechanisms (6) that moves bunches of flexible sticks (24) that shake down the fruit. The deflectors (30) direct the fruit to the conveyors (23), from which it immediately falls into the manually set packaging. The conveyors belts (23) are perforated through which the air fan (11) blows air thus removing debris from the fruit and through the channels (35) transports it in the atmosphere. The engine (1) drives the hydraulic pumps (2, 3 and 4). The hydraulic pump (2) drives the hydraulic engines (10) which simultaneously drive the air fan (11) and the conveyor (23) and hydraulic engines (29) which activate the shaking mechanisms (6).The hydraulic pump (3) through the distributors (17, 18 and 19) transports oil toward the corresponding hydraulic cylinders (7 and 12) to effectuate the machine levelling. For steering the harvester between the rows of bushes there is designed the steering wheel (20) connected to the hydraulic cylinder (13).
